I reimagined a concert poster for the 90s band Gorillaz, adapting their modern, genre-blending identity to the bold, free-spirited aesthetic of the 60s. Inspired by iconic posters of legends like Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin, I crafted a design that fuses swirling psychedelic patterns, hand-drawn typography, and a vibrant, electric color palette. Each element was carefully chosen to capture the free-spirited energy of the 60s while celebrating Gorillaz’s genre-defying sound, creating a poster that bridges two eras in a dynamic and cohesive visual experience.
